The FM Philharmonic was offered from mid 1940 to very early 1942.

I have a Scott price list that offered a choice of two different record changers for 78 RPM record changers.:

1). a Garrrard RM-10 with a magnetic pick-up  (not the RC-10 which has a crystal pick up)

But an RC-10 or RC-30 may be easier to find. Be aware, some of these had some pot metal problems.

2) a Scott Automatic  - do not know who made this unit - handles 10 and 12 inch records intermixed.

FYI - 3 speed changers replaced many of the 78 only changers after 45 RPM and 33 RPM long play records were introduced about 1950 and afterwards. Note that phono inputs for pre war radios were designed for 78 records. But to get proper sound from 45 and 33 records, you would need a 1950's era mono preamp with the equalization curves.

Thanks  Norman
