DESCRIPTION:Northland Antique Radio Club presents:\nRadio Daze 2026 is
  the Upper Midwest’s largest vintage radio collecting event, will be
  held Friday and Saturday, May 15 – 16 2026, at the Comfort Inn Plym
 outh-Minneapolis, located at 3000 Harbor Lane, Plymouth, MN 55447.\nTh
 is is NARC’s 40th year of holding this event. The auction, radio swa
 p meet, radio contest, program, and awards presentation are well atten
 ded by prominent vintage radio collectors from around the country. The
  radio contest includes equipment displayed from the early days of rad
 io to the 1960’s. Fliers were mailed in early April to all known rad
 io collectors in the five state area.\nThe meet kicks off with a large
  radio auction in the hotel main ballroom at 6:30 PM Friday. We make t
 his an entertaining auction and there will be a good variety of radios
  available - typically over 200 lots. This year we will have a large n
 umber of E. H. Scott radios from a collector's estate. If you want to 
 sell your radio(s) at the auction, check them in between 1:30 PM and 5
 :30 PM on Friday. Auction Preview is 5:30 to 6:30 PM, and the auction 
 starts at 6:30 PM. Member Frank Rasada will be our auctioneer, with au
 ction coordinator Don Hauff handling registration and check in. The ra
 dio swap meet begins at dawn on Saturday morning and will offer a wide
  variety of vintage radios and related items for sale in the hotel par
 king lot. Sellers generally start packing up around noon and it will b
 e done by 2:00 PM when the indoor program begins.\nThe Saturday progra
 m will feature a performance by Vic Volare's Lounge Orchestra. Vic wil
 l entertain us with a variety of swing music and classic standards lik
 e we once listened to on the radio.\nSaturday is also the day of the r
 adio contest. Enter your radio in one of twelve different categories f
 or the chance of winning a ribbon!\nThe Pavek Museum is open on Wednes
 day to Saturday, and does have a display of radios and televisions. If
  you intend to visit the museum, please contact them to confirm their 
 hours of operation and ticket cost. The Pavek is located at 3517 Ralei
