Grille cloth for McMurdo Silver Oxford cabinet

So I acquired a Masterpiece VI in Oxford cabinet, surprisingly with the 18" Jensen speaker, but a with a hideous piece of a curtain instead of the actual grille cloth. I wonder
(1) how did look the original grille cloth, and,
(2) what would be the closest substitution currently available?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
