The artwork is a rehash of several dials, scanned from the back and cleaned up in Photoshop,

most of the artwork is from the original dial, along with parts from others to make a successful repair,

then raster engraved with a k40 laser engraver,

This looks really good. Did you start with a photo copy of the original to transfer the markings?
