I have a acquired a Scott 800 Phono/Radio unit. It appears to be in very good vintage conditon. I have not plugged it in as I want someone who knows what they are doing to look at it, as I don't want to do any damage. The phono has been replaced with a KLH unit. What would it have origianlly come with? The KLH does not slide out, but I have, I believe all the parts to reinstall an original phono, the wood base, and the slides. The unit appears to be missing one tube. I also attached a photo of a small unit at the back of the tuner. What was its purpose? Also most of the information on the net talk about an 800B, how does that differ from what I have. Looking for someone in the Minneapolis/St. Paul/ Minnesota area who could get this baby restored. Thanks in advance for your responses. Pictures are in an album on this form.
