Questons on Scott Allwave

HI just acquired a Scott Allwave 23 (7 knob version) in the Laureate Grande cabinet. This one is complete, except for the tweeters and the main pedestal auditorium 15"speaker. Does that 5000 ohms need to be part of the circuit in order for the amplifier to operate the main 15" speaker?See More
