Which Scott do these Speakers go to?

I am redoing my workspace and found these speakers among all my Scott stuff.  The tag says they go with my Phantom, but I don't think that is correct as I have not been able to find any reference to twin 12 inch speakers. Anyone know what these to go to.

Here are some of the specifics:

Magnavox Speaker	I2CI3I		12 inch, non-pedestal, good cone, FC good, no AOT but paired with one that does, 250 ohms, spec 1-D-1421, #581421
Magnavox Speaker	302		12 inch, non-pedestal, good cone, FC good, has an AOT and paired with #581421, 260 ohms, spec 1-D-1422, #581422

Ok, I retrieved my early Magnavox manuals from the office.  Nine models were offered in the Berkeley cabinet in the late 1930s/early 1940s but only one model, Model 34E, had the pair of speakers with numbers 581421 and 581422.  The CR-124 chassis was employed in the Model 34E  The pre-war manual does not have cabinet photos but your speaker board was definitely part of a Berkeley cabinet.  The post war manual does have cabinet photos and does not include a Berkeley cabinet.  I suspect that the chassis on Nostalgia Air set had been replaced after the war.

I have a post war Magnavox, and it has a very similar pair of speakers in it.

The postwar Regency, Belvedere, and Modern Symphony models also had twin speaker setups but their speaker part numbers were 582815, 582847, and 582869.  My service data indicates these later speakers had a basket that was stamped different than the pre-war speakers.

Are there Scott sets that used Magnavox speakers that had Magnavox paper/foil labels on the field coil cover?  With the limited number of sets that I have seen, the Magnavox made speakers always had a ScoTt paper/foil label on the field coil cover.

That is a very good question.  I seriously doubt that Magnavox labels were used on any pre-war Magnavox speakers that Scott used.  After the war Scott used a Magnavox labelled speaker with the Export Receiver.  It is also possible that Magnavox labelled speakers may have been used in small quantities in other postwar models but I cannot confirm.

I'm with Norman on the pre-war sets - while we know they were built by Magnavox, Scott always had their foil sticker on the speakers. Post-war, outside of E.H.'s control, they were less concerned about the branding.
