Nice Philharmonic 9 knob B of L remote in a Gothic Grande cabinet on Ebay.

Serial number LL-90 which is a new one.

Looks very nice.

Has the remote control housing on the back of the tuner, but would need the correct keyboard to operate it.

Also, the escutcheons suggest originally housed a pointer dial Philly.

The Phono photo matches Scott info for the "Scott Automatic" which is a Gerrard. Appears to have the magnetic pick up. Appears the spindle is missing.

Yeah, it definitely housed a pointer as witnessed by the scratch suppressor hole.  Still, it is a very uncommon cabinet in good condition.

Some of the earliest beam-of-light dial Philharmonics had the same number and positions of controls as the pointer dial version however the chassis in the Gothic Grande cabinet is clearly not original.  If the Garrard RC-6 record changer is original it will have a relay and solenoid added for remote control operation.  Switching between radio and phonograph reproduction on remote control Philharmonic sets could only be accomplished by use of the remote keyboard.

Those early 7 knob B of L sets seem to be the least common.  Unfortunately, these radios have become "erector sets" over the years.

I should clarify.  If the Garrard RC-6 record changer is original to the remote control chassis, it will have the relay and solenoid.  If it does not have the relay and solenoid, it is not original to the remote control chassis but may have been correct for the original Philharmonic chassis in that cabinet.
