I received a gift from a very good customer of mine, who was cleaning out his garage. A McMurdo Silver Masterpiece II...
Information on these seems hard to find. I am assuming it is a first variant, due to the "long" power supply chassis?
Where would I locate a schematic? I didn't see anything in Riders, nor any other U.S. schematics that I have.
I was able to get some history on the set; it originally came from Kamloops, British Columbia.

Excellent Norman! Thanks very much! Now I will have some reference. Looks like you spent a great deal of time researching for the drawings!
The set appears to have had some repairs; one of the transformers on the P.S. chassis has been replaced.
I am assuming that I may find minor changes or revisions once I get into the chassis restoration? From your experience, how often did McMurdo Silver make revisions or changes in their sets?

Brad, probably like Scott, where the cabinet was shipped separately and the customer installed the receiver, amp and speaker. I will guess the newer transformer in an interstage audio transformer. Don't know about evolutionary small changes in Silver models, other than the change in output tubes mentioned earlier.
However my experience with Scott radios is that when there is a departure from the diagram, and it looks like original factory work, leave it be.

Brad, your cabinet is an original McMurdo Silver cabinet offering for the Masterpiece II. It's the "Raleigh" cabinet. There certainly aren't too many of those around! I've never seen one.
