My (Tuner) chassis has a phone jack on the top. It looks original, but I see nothing in the literature on this. The literature indicates there is a phone jack on the Amplifier/Power supply chassis. Could this be a user modification?

Sure. Left click on the thumbnail then left click on "view full size". You will see a larger image of the page with a magnifying glass containing a "+". Left click on the magnifying glass and the image will appear full size and larger than your screen. At this time you can depress ctrl + P simultaneously to print or you may right click and a menu from which you can save the image will appear.
