Pedistal speaker rebuild

Hi,

 

New here. Just got a single dial AW12 with AVC , Wunderlich tube, and optional SW tuner. The Pedistal speaker is missing its cone. Any advice on a reputable place to get it reconed? Also the SW tuner wires are just dangling. Where do they go to hook up properly?
