Philharmonic 15" speaker reconing

Hello,

well I began to unpack the am-fm Gothic grand and get it assembled and running...Unfortunately, the 15" speaker came out of the box with a completely broken surround...tried powering up the gothic grand, and was only getting sound from the tweeters, further checking of the 15 inch speaker, revealed an open voice coil as well.

Does anyone know of a re-coning service that works on these older electrodynamic speakers or know where I could get a working spare?

I use the Speaker shop run by Nick. He has moved it to the Georgia area. He did a 15" Philly speaker once for me and it sounded great.
