Philharmonic AM/FM on eBay - Tweeter question

Hi, There's a Philharmonic AM/FM on eBay (item 391291449114); many of you are probably familiar with or know of the seller.  I spoke to him about the set and I thought the tweeters were missing their rear covers or cups. He said the tweeters are late production types and are correct like shown. I've never seen the black PM tweeters without the bullet or cup shaped covers. Is this correct? Thanks!
