The Fine Things are Always Hand Made

This is a section of my Philharmonic receiver that shows evidence of an old 'repair'. It appears to have come apart. The area pictured is in the corner where the chassis cable exits. That 2000 ohm resistor (gray tube to upper left) is only attached at one end. Two other connections are 'floating'. If you have photos of this area from a functioning radio, I would love to see them so I can get a hint as to how this should be wired.
