This chassis, the power supply chassis, speaker and instruction booklet were reputedly removed from a Sun Oil tanker many years ago. The chassis is complete except for the aluminum cover for the oscillator coil and in quite good condition. The date on some of the capacitors is 1933. The only coil pair is short wave, but I do not know for which band.  The power supply chassis has been significantly and poorly modified, butchered really, possibly because if it was on a 1930s tanker the supply…See More

This chassis, the power supply chassis, speaker and instruction booklet were reputedly removed from a Sun Oil tanker many years ago. The chassis is complete except for the aluminum cover for the oscillator coil and in quite good condition. The date on some of the capacitors is 1933.
