The Fine Things are Always Hand Made

I just received an order from Antique Electronic Supply.

Just in case anyone is interested, they have some real nice 6K7G tubes in true NOS condition for only $2.38 each. These are JAN  military spec. tubes with the RCA logo on them. They look real nice and work just fine.

I also purchased a JAN 6J5WGT to replace my 6J5G which was highly microphonic. The tube I received works nicely and it is also a new condition (NOS) item. This one was made by Sylvania in 1965. I know, it's not exactly like my old Sylvania, but it sure works well.

Pretty common tube, but that is still a great price.

If you find a source for reasonably priced 6J5G tubes, let me know...

Scott, I will indeed. The GT version cost me about $12 .. not what you are looking for but a nice tube.
I will be attending one or two hamfests this summer and will have my list in hand. It is hit or miss but every time I hit it is a nice bargain.
