The Fine Things are Always Hand Made
I have come to own two E H Scott receivers, and I'm deciding what to do with them.
If there is interest, I am willing to part these out, so that owners of better examples can keep theirs running.
These were Brad Kelly's, you can still find his blog post to see pics. I do not have the 800B amp/IF section.
If you have an interest, please contact me and I will see what I can do to help you out.

Yeah, I get that. The paint is good, with fine age cracks you can make out if you hold it up to the light, but I can't see them when it's on the radio. The paint is solid, although I will not touch it - that's up to the buyer.
Tell you what. You cover my shipping expense and I'll send it to you. You like it, you pay me the $20 as well. I'm that confident that you will like it.
These have water based stenciling so pretty easy to fade And wash off even from a finger wipe... I'm a bit reticent to pursue without a clear photo.... sorry for the hassle
Sorry, Dave, I can't do that. ^_^ I boxed it already... What are you looking for in a different photo - maybe I can speak to your concerns.
Thanks for the offer Bill, can you please send a good photo to
my email acat40@gmail.com
Dave
I pulled it and it is in good shape. Minor chipping at the mounts, but nothing that would even remotely be visible when the radio is cased. It needs a good cleaning, but it looks ok without.
I'd like $20 plus shipping, which ought to be $5 USPS. I'll double box it.
Thank you Bill, no hurry
Dave, I never got a message. But I will check the glass over and will see if it's good to go.
Could use the 800b dial glass Bill, left you message
