phantom radio turntable combo

Hello, I picked up a Phantom radio at a garage sale.  The turntable needs rewiring but it does function. I did check the tubes and they all work. I did check the tubes and they all work. The radio receiver is not currently working.  I do not know if this is because of a electrical problem or my lack of basic knowledge in electronics.  I am toiling between selling the unit or learning basic 101 electronics.  If someone wishes to make me an offer,, i will consider it.  My email is [e-mail].  I have pictures in my photo section.  Thanks, mark
