Hi Alberto. Good luck with your Philharmonic. Do a search on this Scott Enthusiasts site for threads with the word "Philharmonic" to gain insights on restoration. You dial with the logging scale suggests it is a 1940 or 1941 build. So refer to the May 1939 dated Philharmonic diagram.

A couple less obvious capacitors to replace:

- the top left rear rectangular chrome box has 4 caps inside - dismount the box to access them.

- inside  left side apron look for a soldered box - there are 7 capacitors inside to replace.

- dismount the mid chassis  cover over the tuning capacitor- two caps as I recall.
