15" speakers-Can a Philly pedistal be used on a Phantom Deluxe ?

Title says it mostly.

Can I use a 15" Philharmonic speaker on a Phantom Deluxe that used the 15" NON pedistal speaker ?

Just wondering if they are interchangable.

Not directly but with circuit modifications it can. Going from recollection in the mountains of southern Utah far from my resources, the field coil resistances are not the same requiring addition of resistors. Also, unless the speaker is from one of the Phantoms designed for cutting records (used four 6L6 tubes) the output transformer should be replaced to handle the current of four 6L6 tubes and to correctly match the output impedance.
