The Fine Things are Always Hand Made

I am interested in locating an exceptional Scott Accousticraft. Turn key, good chrome, restored chassis, Great original or excellent (restored) cabinet.

I have a nice one with a 16 chassis all restored to playing condition.

Where are you located ?

Gerry,    Glad to see you found your way to the Scott site. Do browse the photos to get a sense of the variety of furniture quality cabinetry, almost all exclusive to Scott buyers (at varying cost) . Also, print the diagram and Sixteen owners manual - in the Archive section, in set folders and open "16-18" meaning models Sixteen and Eighteen.

The more common variation is the model SIXTEEN we had discussed. The less common variant is the model EIGHTEEN, which incorporates the 2 tube scratch suppressor circuit from the Philharmonic. The Eighteen is recognized by 2 buttons below the tuning knob (instead of 1) and the longer 6 tube amp (instead of 4)  on account of the scratch suppressor tubes displacing the 2nd audio 6J5's to the amp chassis.
