Advice on restoring 6T11 screen.

I've got a 6T11 that has fading and flaking of the screen. Is there any experience with re frosting these screens?

I am unaware of any companies that will rebuild the high intensity projection tubes.  Your best bet would be finding a NOS 3NP4 tube.  They show up several times a year for around $100.00.  It is normal for the phosphor to turn brown with use but you should check the voltages and sweep circuits using an old tube prior to installing any new tube.  Loss of horizontal or vertical sweep may destroy the phosphor in as little as 2 milliseconds.

I didn't mean the crt rather the front plastic frosted screen. Mine is gradually loosing its frost. is there a way to get this recoated?
