Looking for info on speaker cabinet / power supply amp found with Scott model 16 chassis

Hi we're these pieces made for or by the Scott company or did someone just put them together. The power supply / amp has utc transformers with a pair of 6L6 tubes. The cabinet has a 10" Jensen speaker. Thanks

Thanks for your inquiry. No they were not made by Scott. The amplifier was home made and the speaker cabinet was likely purchased to go with the amplifier. It is likely that the Scott Sixteen tuner chassis was procured without an original power supply and speaker hence construction of the amplifier and speaker. Scott collectors will want original chassis and speakers. However there is interest in this type of hi-fi equipment hence they have some value related to the components used and the quality of construction.
