Scott 4 Tube Dynamic Noise Suppressor

I'm a proud new owner of an 800B and it came with a 4 tube DNS.  A couple of questions:

1.  Anyone know where I can get a schematic and instructions on how to connect and use it?

2.  How does it perform?  I read an early research paper on it and it wasn't very positive.
