scott dual dial

hi-i just picked up a dual dial12 but the power switch is on the front,under the duel tuning knobs.there is no sign of a hole on the side as i`m told is the normal placement-??any ideas??

I have several later chassis with the switch mounted on the front of the chassis. My BELIEF is these were mounted on top of a cur down cabinet or were placed inside a closet or similar with remote speakers in the home.

Hi Patrick-I may have misread your original post-If you have the cabinet, it would be possible to have the on/off switch mounted on the front of the cabinet. I thought you originally meant the switch was on the chrome chassis in front which is what my 1st reply was referring to.
