The Fine Things are Always Hand Made

Hello everyone, continuing my restoration on my Philharmonic and it is going very well. I recapped both the tuner & PS/Amp unit and reconed the 15" speaker as the cone was mostly destroyed. I cleaned both chassis and they look much better now than they did when I first got the radio. The 2 tweeters are both good. I have the correct reproduction grille cloth will be working on that part shortly. I used reproduction cloth covered wire for all the IF grid clip leads and the tuning capacitor grid clip leads & power switch leads. The chrome isn't perfect but cleaned up pretty well. The radio now works but the expander feature doesn't seem to function. It is quite loud and pulls in stations with only 1' piece of wire.  I have a question does anyone reproduce the left/right trim on the upper part of the Warrington cabinet? Mine are completely broken off. Thanks, Ken
