Hope some of you plan to attend the Mid Atlantic Antique Radio meet in Beltsville MD next week. Kent has planned a get together of Scott folks to get acquainted.
I plan to display several EH Scott and HH Scott items for the Friday contest and viewing .... a SCOTT FIFTEEN on a NAPIER and some "first of" HH Scott audio components
If I have room, I also plan to bring a very nice example of a Scott model SIXTEEN for the Friday display. It consists of the receiver with correct knobs, amp and speaker, along with the panel and escutcheons - but no cabinet. It will be a playing set, recapped (in progress), good tubes and with NOS dial belt just installed. The chrome is easily 90% plus.
Then Saturday morning, I will offer the SIXTEEN radio for sale, with the option to include the escutcheons and panel. I will have a photo copy of the owners manual and circuit diagram available.
