The bad news is you have a incomplete 1937-8 :"pointer dial"  Scott Philharmonic with correct amp and speaker, but  without the optional tweeter pair. Scotts are valued in two parts - the radio and the cabinet, separately.

First - All the controls appear missing including part of the band switch assembly - as though it was a donation chassis for some other Scott receiver restoration. This is a major, major problem rendering it a parts chassis. Also the bar supporting the two magic eye tube is missing.

Receiver bottom view shows some electrical work maybe 50 years ago - and those black Sprague caps in particular have a poor  record for reliability - so the radio should have considerable capacitor replacement as part of service before it is ever powered up and assuming all the correct controls can be located.

Next - Condition of the chrome plating matters a lot.  Considerable rust, but may polish up to fairly good with careful and diligent application of a good chrome polish like Turtle brand liquid chrome polish - but can't be sure depending on what is light surface rust and what is more severe rust spots.

Fortunately, you appear to have all the knobs, escutcheons, dial crystal. Be very careful with that glass dial - some versions with the stations call letter at the top are not available as a reproduction dial - and are not interchangeable.

The amp is rough and missing two tubes.

The speaker cone has a major tear, but that may be quite repairable with the right repair technique.  Wonder if the field coil and the output transformer in the pedestal base are both good..

The WARRINGTON cabinet has been refinished by someone taking considerable liberty with way too dark accents on the top, front  and base. But is otherwise very presentable. Can't tell if the speaker cloth is original from your photo. This cabinet is a very common cabinet for a Philharmonic, and the least valuable of cabinets available.

So a lot of problems and shortcomings. I suggest the value is under $1000 as a single lot. Dislike parting out a Scott but may be worth more parted out.

Wonder how you happened to acquire it all.
