Wires clipped off a can cap. Needing a schematic to help figure out where the 3 lose wires go

This should be fairly easy to figure out. It does't look like anything has ever been connected to the cap, but that just may be the angle the picture was taken from. Trace the wires back to the connection points in the chassis. Also the diamond, square and half round marks correspond with the values on the can. If you have an ohmmeter, you can check each section for short or open problems. This is probably why the wires were cut. The highest value of capacitor should be the one directly connected to the output of the rectifier. If the other values are the same, then it may not matter which wire goes to which terminal. This would also apply if all 3 values are the same. The first thing to check is if the capacitor sections are good. If not, then individual caps of the same value and voltage can be substituted for the original can.
