Hi Norman:  Point taken.  There are no markings on the cabinet so we cannot be sure.  That being said, I don't recall seeing other cabinets in the house of similar style, but I may have been so fascinated with and focused on this particular gem that I missed them.  I guess Mario could have received other additional information from the owner that I was unaware of.  Hope all is well and thanks for your correction!

While the cabinet resembles work of the Orinoco Furniture Company, given the fact that the New York house from which this cabinet came was furnished with similar individual cabinets for other purposes provided under a single custom cabinet order, I seriously doubt that Orinoco Furniture Company, located in Columbus, Indiana and specializing in multiple copies of cabinets for radios and possibly other purposes was the source of this cabinet.
