It DOES have the Wunderlich tube in it! So, it is a Deluxe with AVC!

The record changer is not there, sadly. But, the drawer is present as you expected.
Early production Wellington cabinet, judging by the early version speaker cloth. Either the 12 tube Scott Deluxe of 1932 - or 12 tube Deluxe with AVC if the 3rd tube on the left side is a Wunderluch detector (Arcturus, blue glass). Mine has a model 10-12 record changer (a Capehart) in the center drawer..
The larger ship wheel knob belongs on the tuning shaft below the dial window.
