I suspect that cabinet originally housed an AW23 or AW15 and has been modified to accommodate the Phantom.

Thank you for posting this photo. I have never seen a Laureate Grande with a Phantom Deluxe installed before. It does make sense though as this cabinet was offered at the same time as the Philly, the Phantom and perhaps the Masterpiece or Super XII. Interesting how they cut the eye tube also. is that an on/off switch I see on the right side inside the doors ?
