Westerly 23 tube Grand need some advice

hi new member here need some help and advice I have found a beautiful fully restored Scott Grand chassis and cabinet  my question what should I be looking at to spend for this set?? Any advice Thanks!!

Does the fully restored Westerly Grande have the original phonograph and is it working?  "Fully restored" encompasses a spectrum of work and work quality.  Most collectors prefer an original finish even if not perfect but an accurately and professionally refinished cabinet with attention to detail is acceptable to many collectors.  Several models of Scott receivers were offered in the Westerly Grande cabinet and options were available with some of the receivers (antenna couplers, tweeters, special audio circuits, etc).  All of these details along with photos will be necessary to provide meaningful advise regarding value.
