The Scott model Fifteen (aka AW-15) is not equipped with bluetooth, about 70 years too old. :-)

But you can use the phonograph input on the rear left corner of the radio as an auxiliary audio input. You should have a jumper wire across the 2 posts for the radio to play.  Remove the jumper wire and connect any other audio device to it : FM tuner, CD player, phonograph, etc. Without the jumper wire, the radio won't work right so tune the radio to a quiet spot to avoid radio noise interfering with your other audio source..

If you have a bluetooth device, connect the audio output to the phono input.

If you  have I-Tunes, Pandora, etc on your I-phone or Android, then you could use the earphone socket on your cell phone for the radio phono input. Buy a mini plug cable that fits the earphone jack and cut off the other end. of the cable   Peal back a couple inches of the cable insulation. connect the outer shield wires to the radio phono ground post and the inner cable wire to the other phono  post. You may need to advance the cell phone volume rather far.

To resume using the radio, you will need to reconnect the jumper wire. Or arrange a switch to bypass your other device.

Mel - We'll get you the help here. What type of device do you want to play music through the AW15? I assumed bluetooth, lots of folks like to set up their sets to play these devices. Or do you have a CD player or similar older device? Let us know and we'll figure out the best solution!

Well, a couple things: The control box you posted does not go with an AW15 - it was only made for a short time and used with the 1931 Allwave. And it is impossible to find, I only know of one example in a collection - and I'd pay dearly to find the 2nd one.

If you want to run bluetooth through the phono input on an AW15, you just need a small, modern matching preamp. There are a number of good diagrams and ideas on various radio forums. Anyone here want to offer up any other ideas?
