AW23 coil Platter
Are all the coil platters the same for the aw23? There 5 knob and 7 knob Aw23 do they use the same coil platter? I attached two pictures. One picture shows the two AW23. The one on the bottom in the cabinet is missing the coil platter. The other picture shows the coil platter of the top AW23. My question is the can I use the coil platter from the AW23 listed in the top in the bottom radio? The top AW23 is a late model (the if cans are 1/2 as tall as the if cans in the lower radio).

I have not found differences in the AW23 coil platters. There ARE differences in the AW15 sets, they are not easily interchangeable. I have <several> extra AW23 coil platters if you need one.

I will using the coil platter from the spare aw23 chassis so I will need a replacement. This spare aw23 chassis has excellent chrome but if you closely a the picture it has been converted to 7 pin tubes! I will need a complete set of tube sockets a power/supply cable, interstage transformer.

I have plenty of spare AW23 parts chassis...let me get a few pics and I am sure I can provide everything you'll need.
