Not a long shot by any means.

These knobs were used on the Philharmonic and Phantom.  They are around.  Keep looking as they come up on e-bay every now and then.  There was also a guy making reproduction knobs, but I am not sure he is around anymore.

Might I guess that this was the set that was on e-bay recently, as that set needed grill cloth and a couple of knobs?

You are talking about the pre-war 14 tube Scott Masterpiece?   11 tube receiver and 3 tube power pack.

Used the Scott wood "S" knobs.

The 2 upper, to the right and left of the tuning knob, are the "pinch style".   The lower 4 knobs are round.

Alan Jesperson has nice repo version "S" knobs.  Sometimes he puts a sets on eBay.

As for speaker cloth, depended on the cabinet, The only Scott repo pattern was the mid-late 1930's "M" cloth still seen into the late 1930's on cabinets like the Warrington and Accousticraft and some other cabinets - all 3 repo versions long sold out.  I have also seen a gold tone musical note cloth on a late 30 Scott cabinet. So, a medium gold or gold/brown color with some kind of pattern seems appropriate to me.

I expect to have to make a similar quest soon for the Mayfair cabinet holding a Scott Masterpiece.  What is left of that cloth is a gold cloth with a square pattern set at a 45 degree angle like a diamond pattern. This cloth is different from the more swirl pattern on the Mayfair photo in Scott News page 11 of Vol 11, No 4 from 1939

Richmond designs and Radio Daze may have patterns you may like.  Richmond Designs has 3 possibles for me:

"Gold Diamond", "Soldier Gold"  or the gold side of the reversible "Black Diamond"

Yes Dave, "pinch" style it is ! No Scott, a family piece, one of many actually. Never actively look for radios, though a Philly would be nice.
Is anyone reproducing the Bramer cabinet cloths ?
Does anyone have a contact for e early knob reproductions ?

Don't see his repo "S" Scott  knobs listed, but he has had them in the past.

You find your knobs? If not I have two of Jespersen's pinch repos available now. and the round, They are nice and have set screws. email me to discuss.
