Quite an effort. As radios go, a survivor.

Observation, You appear to have a 1940 or 1941 amp/power supply with the 1937 Philharmonic receiver.

For the 1937-8 pointer dial receiver, the amp uses the 4 pin 5Z3 rectifiers. Upgrade to 5U4 octals for ectifiers occurred about 1940.   The earlier amp diagram was dated 1937. The amp circuit diagram you showed was the revised version dated 1940. These two amps are electrically equivalent in most respects, and therefore interchangeable except that  the later version has an additional 4 pin socket to accommodate the additional receiver cable that carries house AC to the on/off switch relocated to the volume control of the later BOL Philharmonic radios.

Hope you found the owners manual for the Philharmonic in the Scott Radio Archive (above) in the set folder for Philharmonic.

Congratulations on saving another Scott,

you will find this site a mine of information, along with lots of useful advice from it's members.

A Philharmonic is one of the best tube radio's ever made, Enjoy.

My first observation was what David pointed out, that is the  late amp uses 5U4's, though I think your pictures reflect 4 pin 5Z3 sockets and it has the filter capacitors in a diamond shape, so you do have the earlier amp.  The schematics posted are for later amp/power supply and tuner.  There are a number of errors in that schematic and there were changes from the earlier tuner which you have.  I guess you just followed your radio's original wiring so you ended up ok.

Can you please tell us the serial number on the name tag?

Enjoy it.

This is what your sensitivity/noise suppressor wiring should look like:
