The Fine Things are Always Hand Made

Volume control of Philharmonic Scott 30 tubes chassis.

When I started to identify the front controls of my Philharmonic 30 tubes chassis, I found a schema (bad photo over de tubes) in Nostalgia Air site. The number "12" show the volume control. However in my receiver,  I think the number 12 is a treble control. Someone could to say if that schem and photo is right about the front controls ? Thanks.

First, you can find all the resources you need right here. Click on the "Scott Info Archive" above and you will find manuals and schematics for most sets. If you look at the owners manual for the Philharmonic, the knob layout is shown there. That should give you all you need to identify the various controls. Good luck!

I will find better here. I 'm beginner inScott Enthusiasts at one week only and I'm knowing the pages. This a true: I need very luck with this chassis ! I found it in a garage, more than 10 years on the wet, very spoiled. The chassis power it ready, tubes nice, tensions correct and much capacitors change. Yesterday there were a weak reception over the 1000 kHz in BC. Thanks, Kent.
