Warrington Cabinet "Lattice Trim" Replacement

Does anyone know how to replace the lattice trim on the left and right side of a Warrington cabinet. It seem to be damaged about 80% of the time. What are the options?

Try CNC machining. I've had excellent results.

for wood?  i.e. 1/16th or so 2 ply stock?

I had it done years ago here in Sacramento. Don't know how they did it but

I remember having to file some of the tighter corners because the radius cut

was a little wider than original. No big deal.  I've also seen some hand cut jobs that didn't look too bad as well,

if you have the patience. I had some (side) grill work done here just recently and came out nice, but again,

had to file some of the inner corners because of the size of the radius cut.

Hagstar on the Antique Radio Forum had new pieces made.  He e-mailed me the artwork, I have it somewhere.

You might want to contact him for more info.  Pretty sure he had them laser cut.  They can also be cut with a CNC router, which I can do, but I have never put any effort into generating the CAD file and getting a suitable wood for the replacement- as I am not ready to invest any time into my cabinets at this moment. 

If there is enough demand, maybe we can make a bunch of them.
