I do not believe that this is the General Industries automatic "record flinger" model.  It appears to be a semi-automatic model that simply turns the turntable off when the record has finished playing.  Lever 2 appears to be a break and 1 appears to be a trip mechanism.

1): is the lever to flip the record into a side compartment (which not equiped in this cabinet).

2): is the lever to reset the lever. 3): Record speed, 33 to 78 rpm. 4): Fine tune record speed (slow / faster).

5): Knob to lift the record changer platform.
