Kent,

Thanks for your effort. The archives you have collected are a real benefit to all of us. As I see it, his little company has a lot of significance historically and as an American success story. Planning on writing a book one day?

Like so many Scott advertising items, there are variations on this brochure as well. This is the earliest edition, there are other slightly changed as the company name changed and new models came out. I've been trying (with little success) to catalog Scott materials. Documenting these small differences is a nightmare.

Bill:

I live in Chicago and was by the factory building on Ravenswood. The building is now being rehabbed into lofts, I think. It still looks pretty much like it did in the 30's. It is great to know that my Allwave 23 was built about 15 miles North of its current home with me. If we didn't already own a house, it would be fun to rent/buy a loft in this building and return the radio to its original factory. 

Would you have any interest in reproducing this for possible sale?
