Allwave Superheterodyne Power Supply?

Can anyone help me identify this unit? After searching the archive, it appears to be a model 145 power pack for a 2 dial Allwave 12. If this is correct, please let me know. Would this have been used on any of the later single dial sets?

The big ceramic resistor (voltage divider) located in the power supply denotes it for the 1931 Scott Allwave Super (aka Scott 2-DIAL). Also note the power transformer has no chrome cover over the laminations. Has the 8 pin rectangular Jones socket for the receiver cable and 5 pin speaker socket for the single 11 inch ROLA with Scott decal. Your amp is very nice and has great looking replacements filter caps.

FYI - This same type amp was used briefly for the single dial Scott DELUXE announced Spring 1932 but only for a few months ( until the twin speaker upgrade mid 1932 at which time the voltage divider was moved to the receiver and the speaker socket was changed to a 6 pin socket). This very early DELUXE 12 model tube line up was the same as the 2-Dial except 56's replaced the 27's. I had such a DELUXE 12 tube model with the type amp you pictured above.

Remember: Scott was a custom set builder. A given model like the 12 tube DELUXE evolved over the 2 year run in the pursuit of performance. By early 1934, the tube line up changed considerably with circuit revisions, AVC was added December 1932 and Scott by mid 1933 was supplying a special a 12 inch Jensen pedestal with 2 field coils.
