Re-arranging some items in one of my storage rooms I came across this unit. I had forgotten I bought it. Condition is a little disappointing. Am I lacking pieces for this?

not sure if the first ones made it through. I would like to know what I have here, and if pieces are missing (power supply?) Is anybody interested in this unit as is?

Early Phantom tuner - missing power supply and speaker. Chassis has some rust, some tube shields missing. Could possibly be restored, but more likely a parts chassis. Someone here may want it.
