Does ANYONE have an example of the cabinets in this folder?

Why this question? I'm going to be doing a talk on Scott cabinets at the Mid-Atlantic RadioActivity convention in June. As part of the talk, I'm looking for existing examples of some scarce Scott cabinets. In all my years of collecting, I have never seen any of the ones pictured here. I would just like some good photos of any of these, if they exist. Otherwise, my talk will have a small section on "cabinets we may never see".

Thanks all!

I've seen a lot of Scotts, but, like you, never any of these cabinets.....at least that I recall.

Kent,

I've noticed that many of the cabinets never seen have no provision (at least visible) for a phonograph. I'm assuming that would have some bearing on whether a certain cabinet was chosen over another? Especially in the early 30's as fully electric phonographs were a newer "wonder of the modern age"

I suppose that is a possibility. But think about ANY late 20s battery sets or very early AC sets: how many came in floor model cabinets at all? Most are table sets (AK metal boxes, Philcos)...yes, Philco made some highboys, but nothing costly and fancy. I wonder if radio was still too "new" to warrant spending a lot on a cabinet yet in the late 20s. By the 30s, in spite of the depression, large cabinets did take off...but I can't think of many late battery sets in floor cabinets.
