I was finally able to get this McMurdo Silver Masterpiece I I've been looking at for a couple of years. It has no cabinet or knobs, but otherwise looks complete and nice. It looks like the ones seen here:

That is a great find, very nice condition. 

That would be chrome plated, not the earlier brass plated version.

Brass version from my photo file. Transformers and the speaker were painted brass color to harmonize with the brass plated chassis frame. Thus:

Correct amp and looks like the right Jensen speaker.

you are fortunate to have the bronze dial escutcheon.

A GREAT find especially with all 3 components. The tuner used a lot of pot metal and almost all of the 10 or less known sets have broken tuners. I especially like the very nice colored dial plastic piece and the original bezel.

I recently sold my brass plated MP 1 and it had a working tuner still.
