The Fine Things are Always Hand Made
Hello!
Name here is Alex and just discovered this group. Joined a couple of days ago.
I've had a Phantom Deluxe AM-FM for many years and was unable to restore it due to apparent botched repairs, odd modifications and wiring prior to my acquisition. Most interesting are a couple power chokes which appear to have been added.
Although I've looked at the pictures in the photo section, there doesn't appear to be a photo of the underside of the chassis for my model.
Can anyone provide me with a photo?
Also, is there a drawing that integrates the FM circuitry into a comprehensive electronic schematic for this set?
Thankyou very much for your help!
Alex

The FM section is shown in the Phantom Deluxe listing in Nostalgia Air. It functions independently of the rest of the circuitry and is only joined in at the band selection switch. This is why you will find the schematic split up into two parts.
The Phantom FM is a great sounding and great performer when restored properly. Let us know if you need more help.

Hi Scott,
Thank you very much for these pictures! All of them are extremely helpful. Many of my questions were answered when I compared them to my set today. I already see some differences which I'm reflecting on...
Best regards...
Alex
