i have built 5 philco so far they gave me more problems with rubber wiring and every thing so close together i just bought a Scott 800 b and the room is great to beable to see all the parts and replacement so easy.the Scott is in good cond

I'm new to this group, but not to collecting and restoring Scott radios.  Enjoy listening to my restored 800B and my most recent acquisition an AM/FM Philharmonic.  Like many of us over the years I've accumulated a number unfinished projects, cabinets and parts chassis.  Currently, I'm in the process of clearing out a storage unit. Hello, I have a 1938 scott radio, that I am trying to find a value on. It has one speaker at bottom, behind two doors. The left side top, pulls out, and is supposed to have a turntable in compartment. The right side top, has a door that you pull down, and push in so the radio comes out. it is an am/fm radio, with a green glass eye for tuning in stations. It has shortwave on it also.
