Very nice Scott! Your attention to detail is superb. Only problem for me is I am missing the entire speaker plug, hoping to find one eventually. And I need the speaker socket but those can be made from the 7 pin wafer sockets. Thanks for the video!

Nice! You have some machine shop.
Looks great, very professional.
Karl: I am rebuilding an Allwave 23, that I don’t have a power supply for, so I replaced the original plug with a currently
Available 7 pin plug and socket for a power supply I am building. I saved the original plug to use if I do find a power supply. The plug and socket set I used were used by the Hammond organ company for their organ and Leslie connections, and do show up on e bay.

Thomas - I didn't know you needed an AW23 PS. I have an extra from the collection I purchased. PM me and we can discuss - it will require some work but it very restorable.

Thanks Thomas, I'll check out eBay. Karl
Hi Kent: Thanks for the offer. I have the parts to build a supply, and would need the speaker as well. I also have an amp to use with this. Since this chassis is not in great condition chrome wise, this is really just a project to see how well it works. I am interested to compare it with my other Allwave 23 K486 which is in almost perfect condition. This chassis is J497 and twin antenna post 5 knob version. I think you were able to give me an approximent build date for both radios.
Thanks, Thom.
