The highest AW23 serial occurs (by far) in the A prefix. The current highest is A-883. Outside of that prefix, the highest AW23 number is K-692. The lowest Philharmonics are the ones in the D, E and F prefixes, the lowest being D-656. But its close there, as E starts at 660 and F starts with 682.
As far as hard dates go, I do not have enough of them to give a good calendar date for any model of set...

have Scott radio serial # 1815 on radio/pre/amp....... and amp# 11239.....any info on this appreciated....ken...am guessing this is metropolitan 16A chassis?
