Can you help a new guy along the way?

I know I have similar ambitions as may of us here. EH Scott radios have been an ambition since childhood and now I have my pinacle project. A 1938 Philharmonic AM pointer dial. Its a beaut. Sure it needs a little but the chassis and amp are great. It has 8 knobs plus the center pair. It didn't make it to the Deans book but they made custom radios, yes?

So I need an appropriate cabinet and speakers. I have the documentation comming already. I have been an elect. tech nearly all my life…

allwave 12

Hi guys got me a Allwave 12 in a Warrington cabinet.Has 2 knobs on the side of the cabinet,one marked 1 thru 4 the other tunes a cap..Has the WUNDERLICH tube and is single dial,and manual with it.Serial number is P-234 and cabinet has Dynamic Noise Suppresser serial #1386 .. Have the service data too and set works tho cabinet needs a bit of work to it nothing major tho..This now joins my Phantom Deluxe and my Philharmonic 30 sets!All work..Angelo : )

my collection

I've only got 2 in my collection, an AW-15 in a Tasman cabinet and a 32 tube Phil. in a Warrington cabinet. Originally being from the Chicago area I've always liked Scotts though my primary collection is Zenith.

Phantom Power supply

My Phantom has had the power transformer replaced sometime in the past. I also am not sure if the can filter capacitors are original. Does anyone out there have an original unit out, where you can easily take some closeup pictures of the top and bottom view so I can compare to what I have. Thanks for any help you can give me.
